Our projects page is a showcase gallery of our recent and past projects. The goal of our projects page is to give prospective customers some examples of work we’ve completed. Initially the projects we’re showing here are of recent cistern systems we’ve installed for custom homes built by two of the most successful builders in Santa Fe, Woods Architects – Builders LLC and Clemens Construction LLC. We plan on adding more projects here, like an upcoming foundation excavation for a custom home, a new Norweco Singulair waste water system installation and a pending subdivision excavation.
Woods Architects – Builders LLC – La Casa de los Suenos
This home is a Betty Stewart-inspired pitched roof home, harkening back to the days of Northern New Mexico mountain homes. The name literally means “The House of Dreams” and it was chosen by owner Sharon Woods to represent the projects fantastic concept and the excellent group of craftspeople and skill sets involved in this project. For us here at Richardson’s Excavating LLC we feel fortunate to be part of such an excellent project. We installed the cistern system in this amazing home for Woods Architects – Builders LLC.
As a part of the team that helps Clemons Construction LLC build custom homes throughout Santa Fe and the surrounding area Richardson’s Excavating LLC is committed xto providing top quality work that new home owners and Clemons’ can rely on for years and years to come. We provided and installed the cistern system (water collecting system) for this wonderful custom home by Clemons Construction LLC.
Roof Rainwater Harvesting – Recent Installation
This is a series of photos of recent roof rainwater harvesting system job we completed. Commercial buildings often require several tanks and dozens of supply pipes that come from different points off the roof where the rainwater feeds off. When the tank fills up with rainwater the supply of water in the cistern (water tank) normally is used for watering the landscaping around the property.
These are a couple of pictures of an erosion control retaining wall we built at a property recently. The photo of the concrete in the footing is of an easy-flow footing system installation. Call 505-455-2293 to learn more.
